Pastor Bishwa's Visit

I have been talking with Bishwa over the last few weeks about another possible visit to the USA. He received a 5 year visa last year and the Lord has given him another opportunity through a church in VA to come. He leaves just next week and just last night he sent me the itinerary for the trip. It was a week long with an intense conference at this VA church in there. I wasn't very hopeful that we'd get to change the ticket to allow time for us to see him to. He wanted us to come to VA but that is not a trip we can just take quickly. Plus it means more people and sponsors- YOU can meet him, talk to him about the children, the ministry and simply see how much of a jovial delightful person he is. He may bring his cowboy hat back, lol!

Still working on the plan for his visit but I hope to host a dinner for any sponsors wanting to come join us on friday night May 20th at my home. He will also be a church somewhere on Sunday so if you can't make Friday night and want to meet him Sunday or any time May 17th - 22 please let me know. We can't send a whole lot but we can send some things back with him. Keep it small and light weight. We may see about sending him home with another suitcase full of things to take back. I'll try and investigate what customs will and won't allow to- no liquids or knifes for sure.

I am going to forward the original email Bishwa sent because it also contains their report cards! How cool is that! With notes in English from the teachers and everything.

Amazing Provision....

This is a personal testimony.

I hope you'll allow me to share yours on here too...of how this particular partnership with the Nepali believers has stretched, challenged and changed you...

Bishwa had yearly costs come up for the children's school. A fee he wrote and told me wasn't budgeted and he'd have to borrow money for. A deacon's wife in our church had come up to me the night before and asked about what more we could do, as a church family, for them. I responded to Bishwa- do not borrow the  money, our church will provide the money....such a blessing to be apart of....such timing....

I was going to wire the money on April 15th, (btw- prayer need, they are all starting their new school years this week) I had wanted to send the monthly amt and the special yearly money given by our church at the same time...but when I went to the bank account I lacked the amount to send the full amount. I had brought my "summer savings" a little money I put back for summer because I don't work during the summer. It's all I had. And it required all of the savings for me to send what I had hoped, prayed and promised (in faith) to send each month.

It was in trust that Cody's income would have to be enough for the summer that I gave...trust in God, the God who provides...and if I had to do without this summer, I'd do without. 


I did it but I went back and forth in my mind- between doubting and quoting the verse above. Between Trust and Pity party. 


Tonight as Cody opened the mail he got excited...it was a check....from the mortgage company....we had a reimbursement from our escrow. I came over and said, " let me see, how much is it? "


I would've posted a picture but giving is confidential here- but it was $36 more than what I gave that day at the bank. 


I love it when God does that. I never expected it. I expected to make do, live on less. Never expected him to give it back to me.

Dear Sister Lori
Greetings from Nepal as well as sweet love from Children and believers
from Nepal in Jesus Lovely Name, we have been doing well and
continuing praying for you and the entire ministry over there. We are
fine and this weeks will be see all the children final result for this
years and from next week’s they will be going to school for new
academic years. So please continue pray for their study as well as
good result.
Next thanks for your prayer because of your prayer support our
ministry growing well and 10th of April 2011, we had water Baptism
ministry in the church and thirteen persons were baptized with water
and fill by the power of God so please pray for new born again
children of God I am sending their Nme belows.

Another good news one 74 Yrs old lady accept to old as her personal
savior in her life so she has been suffering from fever and swelling
.so please pray for her healing from the Lord. Rest we are fine and
doing well.

Next prayer request during the Easter time 25th April 2011 ,East Nepal
churches going to organized Big Evangelistic Easter Crusade in Gaighat
Udayapur we hope 50000 people will gather together there and i and my
brother in law going to speack over there and some professional
singer and artist alkso coming there so please pray for all that time
and many people will know resurrection of Our Lord Jesus .

First Report and PIctures

Below is our report for April from pastor Bishwa...

Dear Respected Sister Lori
Greetings from Nepal as well as my all family in Jesus Precious Name,
we have so much bless by your encouraging mail and lots of thanks for
your kind heart towards Nepal and orphanage children. We have been
continuing praying for you and lovem ministry Family every day.
We believed God will do great things and bring great revival in Asian
country through Lovem Ministry.
Thanks for your great heart towards Children and also lots of thanks
to them who have been opening their precious hands to children and all
the church and children have been praying for all of you; thanks for sending us all the sponsored Name and details we appreciate that. So regarding Tibetan Girl whom we are willing put our home ,those person who contact to me I have already
told him to give me all the details about her with recommendation from
her village development committee and bring her soon so as soon as
received all the details I will send it to you.

Next about children New Year session or classes began from April 15th
2011 and every year I have been paying to school their annuals one
time once a years each child have to pay extra money $60.00 to 70 .00
means at least $ 550.00 extra money for every year its excluding
monthly tuition fees and this is private school lures and regulation
for their sports, medicine, libery, school dairy and all the books etc.

 So If God allows me to visit USA this year I eagerly desire
to see you Oklahoma in your town if you allow.

Next this beginning month of April is such blessing month and weeks
for our ministry because beginning of the week four people accepted to
Lord as their personal savior in their life one woman her name Reno
Gautom, her husband Prakash Gautama and her brother in law Santos
Gautama and one boy Deepak Tamang so please pray for them. 

And at the
same week we have one eight yrs boy Depash Khadka Birthday so we
prayed for him.

Next,4th April 2011 we have great opportunity to new church planting
and opening ceremony in BENJAL VDC Tibet border five hours by bus and
one hour by foot, we have done that service with my brother in law
that church name was Benjal Christian Church. And I have done opening
prayer and short message about love of Christ towards church. 

And also
we prayed to our church leaders and release them to preach Gospel of
Jesus Christ around those villages so God has opening door. Rest we all are fine doing well and children also
praying for you too. Please convey our best regard to all of you in
Jesus name.

We also like to pray for you and ministry over there with our children
last night:-
Dear God, we pray for our lovem ministry all over the world and also
pray for Velma Baptist church and our dear sister family and ministry,
because God you alone are worthy to be praised and we give you the
glory you deserve. You have created all things and in this we rejoice.
So lord we pray to your daughter and son who committed their life for
you glory please God use them mighty always in your kingdom all over
the world and bless them ,protect them and give them right wisdom
,knowledge and healing power to them this is our humble request you .
May you guide them always and rise up many soul winners for your
glory! We love you Lord, Amen

2. Please pray for Gopi because she going to speak among the women
conference on 14th April 2011.
3. Please pray for coming evangelistic crusade in mid-east Nepal
Gaighat on 24th April 2011 during the Easter with my brother in law.
4. Please pray for new constitutions for new Nepal and please pray for
all the people of Nepal will know and accept to Jesus as their God the
savior.
5. Pray for 2020 vision of lovem Nepal.
